We stay here every time we visit our daughter who attends college at ENMU 2 minutes away. In our opinion this is the BEST Hotel in town. Always so clean! Rooms are very comfortable! Always a clean comfortable fresh bed. The Full Breakfast is great. staff is always helpful and professional. Not one complaint.
Online it clearly states pet friendly. Drove 8 hrs to be rejected because I had a cat. Even though I had a service dog and he was accepted. I offered to pay extra pet fee and they said no to cat but yes to service dog. I was not leaving my cat in car. Had no remorse what so ever. Didn't care that we were so tired of driving long hrs. Girl at front desk felt bad but had to follow her boss on phone orders. Lost for words how unprofessional that was to treat a disabled person with service animal. My cat had a cage and is well mannered. Don't recommend. Still waiting for my refund!
Everything was great clean gym, very clean place
Very friendly, accommodating staff, very clean and beautifully appointed accommodations. Right in the middle of where we needed to be very nice breakfast all around exceptional stay.
